CAM Nde Membership Group ID Card (paper ordering)

Your ID card order should be placed by a person in your group dedicated to managing enrollment and card orders. Each card will be custom branded with your group's insignia, name, and contact information. The Confederation DOES NOT MANAGE MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUAL CLANS/BANDS/TRIBES/NATIONS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF GROUP. We do not retain copies of cards or an order database. Once your card has been received we delete information. Part of maintaining sovereignty for indivdual membership groups is that they manage and verify their own memberships. Our card printer simply produces the cards with the information they are provided by the group.

3WS do not provide free replacement cards, if your card is lost or damaged you will need to order a new one. CAM Nde ID cards are valid for two years.
 
Any card orders received from non-members will be viewed as donations to Indigenous Culture Preservation and used for development of our various Language Programs. Thank you. No refunds will be issued.
