Dawes Rolls?

This was a heinous land grab enacted on the tribes and nations in the 1800's and was instrumental in the current idiocy of the US federal government claiming the right to determine who is indian and who is not.

The following article does a good job of explaining what happened but the moral of the story is not "well meaning social reformers got duped while trying to help because capitalism is evil" it is important to understand that THIS is the nonsense that happens to you when you allow a nanny state government to "provide" for you instead of taking care of yourself.

Before Discovery many of the ancestors were capitalists by nature which is evident in sites such as Chaco Canyon and the network of ancient trade routes throughout Turtle Island.
